Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of NoticeMonitor, based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent.

1. The service

NoticeMonitor monitors the GSTINs that a firm adds to its account, detects GST notices issued to those GSTINs, tracks reply due dates, and sends alerts and reminders by email and WhatsApp. It also provides a notice register, document storage and dashboard for the firm.

2. Not legal or tax advice

NoticeMonitor is an alerting and tracking tool. It does not provide legal, tax or professional advice, and it does not prepare, file or submit replies on your behalf. Notice details and due dates shown in NoticeMonitor should be verified against the official source before you act on them.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Availability

We work to keep NoticeMonitor available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every notice will be detected or every alert delivered. Monitoring depends on third-party systems, including government portals and messaging providers, that are outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Fees

Any fees for the service will be agreed with your firm in writing or shown at sign-up. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your firm keeps ownership of the data it adds to NoticeMonitor.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any demand, interest, penalty or order arising from a missed, late or inaccurate notice, alert or deadline. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees your firm paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
